Ministry of Education and Higher Education or Supreme Education Council (SEC) is a Qatari government agency responsible for education in Qatar. There responsible is overseeing and directing the education system in Qatar, after the country’s independent school. This ministry focus on the policies and procedure in terms of education here in Qatar and how to implement the rules in different schools. It is important that we give time to education because all people will be benefited from this program. This ministry has different department bodies that focus on their program or section. The first one is the Education Institute this department body focus on giving support to independent and semi-independent schools. This also falls here the developing curriculum standards and licensing private and preschool. This body is one that handles or giving the complete details or requirements in operating new private schools. They are the ones who give the curriculum that the school should be followed. They inspect or check that the school can be independent or have the capacity to operate according to their curriculum standards. The next is Evaluation Institution they are the one who evaluates or conduct a national assessment of student learning of independent K12 schools and collects data and responsible for the teacher licensing. It means it focuses on the assessment of students introducing the K12 process of studying and even teacher licensing them are the one who assists in the capabilities of the new teachers.  And the last is Higher Education Institution they focus on assisting the students for applying for colleges and provide assistance for international admission test. This body is the one who helps the students to get their dreams to study for their future. The ministry focus on giving higher education in our country to the extent that they give financial assistance to the students that are qualified. It’s good that they classified the ministry in this department so that the people or students have an idea of or where they going to get information. It is good that people are aware of the importance of education as of today, that’s why we the kindergarten at a young age we introduce the children on the importance of education in their future. We have many schools that are accredited to this ministry that can offer you good education and talented teachers. We have many private schools as of today that are open but don’t worry because all of them are pass on the curriculum standard of the ministry. It just shows that education is very important in our life. As of human being is good that we even small things or we have wide knowledge of everything because we embrace education in our life.  We are glad that the status of education here is not far from the education of other countries.
